The parcel arrived today at my place of works - no problems with customs.
Total 3 of Dayan heads and 1 of Bayan head complete with 4 sets of straps
as ordered.

Esta misma mañana he ido a Correos a recoger el Sitar (Kharaj Pancham Student). Tanto el instrumento como los componentes estaban en buenas condiciones, y tras tres horas afinando, he conseguido tocar un poquito y todo! La verdad es que es una preciosidad de instrumento, aunque va a llevar algo de tiempo hacer el callo para poder tocar bien. ¡Estoy encantado!

Yes I'm pretty pleased with my sitar (Kharaj Pancham TeakRose)...is everything I'd hoped for..well that's why my choice was to get it from you!! I knew in my heart I was purchasing a professional well made beautiful instrument...is in beautifull shape...They are simply amazing artisans!!! what a gorgeous instrument! I play several different string instruments...decided to play the sitar this time...Yeah I agree..,the sound will open up once the instrument has matured and played a little longer and will get better and better with time..a little more challenging to play but... I'll do it! thanks for sending me those DVD's! They will be helpfull and thanks for being in touch and understanding...It has been a pleasure doing business with you...thanks again

Todo Perfecto!! El embalaje 10, enhorabuena! eres todo un profesional! Respecto al sitar, terminación y construcción 10 también...ahora se porque no se le podría poner un soporte de calabaza convencional...seria matarlo…jejeje…

Se ve un sitar muy bien construido y acabado...es precioso!...lo he estado chequeando un poco por encima y tiene un buen sustain al tirar de la cuerda y coger tonos...me gusta...es una gran pieza en todos los sentidos!!

La funda de terciopelo genial y la fiberglass chapó también...Gracias por la bolsita con los accesorios! y por el Libro, de ahí mirare para tocarle pues el Jawari...

La tabla ok! y los jawaris...

Simplemente espectacular! Mejor de lo que lo había imaginado y el color de la madera y sus grabados tremendos. Se ve bien construido y muy sólido. La funda nirmal a la altura del instrumento. Lo he estado tocando un par de horas y me fascina su sonido, no hay color con los sitares que había probado hasta el momento. Te mantendré informado de mis progresos…jejejejejjeje….muchísimas gracias por tus atenciones…….y los accesorios! que me olvidaba……gracias de nuevo! Pues estoy de acuerdo contigo amigo. Lo primero que me ha impresionado ha sido el sustain del sitar, es increíble lo que aguanta la nota y aparte los estiramientos de 5 notas se realizan con facilidad sin desafinarse…….muy contento con la compra, de veras….la verdad es que no había oído antes sobre sitares Nitai Chandra pero a mi juicio como bien dices no tienen nada que envidiar a otros constructores, estoy muy muy satisfecho con la compra de veras, continuaremos en contacto, te doy las gracias por tu seriedad y honestidad al asesorarme en esta compra.
